CSS conflicts

Hello, authors and Envato staff!

I couldn’t find an answer to the following question in the documentation, so here it goes:

If we sell an item with the support, do we have to deal with every customer’s CSS conflicts?

We try to make our items’ styles as bulletproof as possible, but still problems come from buyer’s theme CSS or their own custom CSS style. Then they ask for help and we have to dig through every user’s styles…And come up with a solution for him. Same thing could happen with scripts. It’s not really the fault of our plugin.

Do we have to do this within the supported item?!

I’d say as support does not cover customization then no you shouldn’t have to - that said if it’s an easy fix it may be in your interests to do it. You can always ask support to clarify
