I am trying to submit a ticket for a theme I purchased through themegoods. It asks for my URL within a field box. I typed it in correctly, however when I go to submit the ticket it states that the URL is not valid so I cannot submit the ticket. Any suggestions?
Contact the theme author directly using their contact form and ask.
Yes, I did that thanks. They normally take 12-24 hours to reply. So I figured why not post here to see if I could receive a quicker response from someone who may have shared the same issue…
It wasn’t working because I didn’t type http:// along with the url (stupid mistake)… Thank you so much! (knew I would have better luck posting here!)
