Covids Theme Not Installable

My client purchased the Covids theme. The downloadable file is not the theme and doesn’t contain the theme. Who do we contact for help, or how do we get help with this?

Assuming it’s this item https://themeforest.net/item/covids-coronavirus-covid19-social-awareness-and-medical-prevention-template/26221736 then it’s not a WP theme so it will not work on WordPress and will require modifying the HTML code etc.
