Course? VBA for MS Office - beyond the Macro Recorder

Hi. First post. Is there such a class? My Office 2013 macros tend to be simple; copied - and modified - from online sources. Like the way I started with Regex. With Regex I found a great class on Tuts+, so am looking for ones on VBA for Office. One that goes back to the start then build up, including covering the Object Model etc. Thanks!
