I have used my purchase code on staging site to check if updates are creating any issues of not. Now I have deleted that staging site and I want to use purchase code on live site again but its showing me error “Your purchase code is already activated in staging46.pdhstar.com, Please contact us for using this purchase code on another domain”
This site “staging46.pdhstar.com” not exists anymore. This is a issue as its showing the use of purchase code on site that doesn’t even exit. So, please resolve this issue so that I can use the purchase code on live site.
