Couldn't load plugin

Greeting,
I am new on graphicriver. I use my graphicriver account at home. But today I open my account in my office pc and there I couldn’t upload files. Problem image is attached. Then I open my account in my home. There same problem I faced. Now what can I do? Please help me, please.

i think you have problem with flash, try Google chrome

Thanks, but I am already using google chromo those pcs. It’s not solved.
