Correct sequence of Kingdom uploads

With the Kingdom theme, what is the correct sequence of uploads to my wordpress site?

kingdom theme then child theme then dummy demo file

or kingdom theme then dummy demo file then child theme?

The sequence for any theme would be first the parent theme (In your case ‘Kingdom’) then the child theme followed by dummy demo file.
