I am about to purchase a theme for my Shopify store and I stuck in the ownership part. My question is should the owner still have their name in the footer of my web store even if I pay for the product?
If you purchased the Item then you can replace the Auhtor name from website footer with your webstore name or you can remove. Thanks

I have a question. And its very complicated to ask for help in envato market :(. We bought a theme, but our licence already expired. How I can extend it. Where I should ask for help? I already sent couple letters, but no answer. Would be great if someone can help me to figure out with my licence…Thank you in advance!
may be you mean your support has expired, right? because license is not for a specific period.

yes. Probably support. I was trying to sent ticket, but when i typed our licence number the system wrote - you can not ask for help, because something is expired…
please go to your Downloads page there you will see a list of all your purchased. for each purchased you will see as like this:
click on Extend now to extend your support.
