Help please to deal with conflict of interests.
We always study the templates of other authors in order not to violate the copyrights. We made a design and decided to check everything before publication, but we found this solution, a bit similar to ours. Naturally, the template is poured from ours, only this post block is nearby.
Is this a copyright violation?

My comment for this concern is, other designer might followed your concept, but he/she changed maximum things from your concept. So, this would not a big problem.
