Copyright infringement issue from react.org Fake or True

I just got mail from react.org. I’ve no e-commerce theme or template. But they provide a link to an eCommerce site. Is this fake, do I need to reply this mail.

This looks legit. There is indeed an infringing image of the brand Cluse at the mentioned page.

But it looks like they got mixed up, this demo site is by another Themeforest author. You should contact him and let him know what’s coming his way.

@Enabled @trippleS Thank you for inform us. We use the images from designer for demo now we remove the images of Cluse.
