I am highly disappointed that I am a paying customer and have license and disputed the claim and it was rejected, please look into this.it’s not the first time multiple times from Elite Aliance my claim has been rejected though i always had valid license.
If you are using a valid license on a single video and yet you cannot clear the claim, then something is wrong. You should contact the author so they can assist you.
