Hi I am a paying customer with an envato element subscription. I am having trouble clearing a copy right claim from elite alliance music.
I tried contacting them via email and I have also reached out to the author @MalirecStudio
and no response yet.
Anyone know what to do?

I have emailed the author, no response :(. I am beginning to wonder why pay for envato when you are treated so badly. Claims won’t get cleared for days!
I suggest you can check the author Response time. Some cases there will have any other personal reasons to not available to respond. In Case long time to no response you can report to envato team.
