Quick question. If I have several images of me doing a workout, behind a white screen, and then I wanted to convert my images into a sketched version, just like this:
What would be the best way/tool to do this?

Yes, I can. Do you have specific instructions on how to do it in either of those?
AI, trace using pen tool hehehe this one is bit stress but be patient, or use live trace but the result may clutter.

You know, Inkscape has a really decent trace feature. I sometimes get better results from Inkscape than from Illustrator.
Just select the image, select Path > Trace Bitmap; or Shift+Alt+B
