Converting an existing html template to wordpress theme

Hello Guys,
I hope you are fine.

I have this item MORACO - Personal Vcard Resume HTML Template

just i converted it to wordpress theme as my clients need it but it has hard rejected without any reasons !!

What have i do? make some changes and resubmit again but it will become different of the html version !?

These resume cards really don’t suit WP themes generally and are super hard to get approved.

Also with respect the item is 2 years old and design, feature and functionality expectations have moved on quite a bit
