Continually rejection

From last 2 weeks, our item was rejected continually without any fault. We work for web elements. I worked for envato last 2 years with a team. Now i like to work separately from this account. From my experience, that product is not possible for reject. If there any fault, reviewer didn’t provide any feedback. Then how we know why he rejected this? Is there any solution? We are losing our inspiration for work. We also contact to the support team, But they can’t give any better suggestion. If there any one?
