How do we contact reviewer or themeforest support?
My item has been in queue for 12 days now and I haven’t heard from them.
You can open a ticket https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new but it is unlikely to acheive much and you are better off giving it a few more days as there seems to be a bit of a delay based on others’ posts in the forums.
You can always share a demo link here for feedback from the community in the meantime and an indication of if you are likely to get approved/not
