Hello!
Five days ago I created a ticket and wrote a letter to support Envato about the problem with the account. There is still no answer. How long does it take to get a response right now?

Ticket submitted on December 12 received reply next day. But that depends on how many tickets in that category they already have in their ticket system. They won’t reply until Monday.
