Hello, I was just wondering why we aren’t able to directly contact people who leave reviews on our items, when going to their profile, its usually completely blank with no information besides their username. Perhaps it’s to protect their privacy and allow them to leave honest reviews without backlash?
The reason I’m asking is because in the past I’ve had someone leave a negative review because they had a slight problem with knowing how to use my item. All of my items come with an instructional and troubleshooting document to help with problems such as the one this person had, they just didn’t appear to have read it, thus prompting them to leave a negative review. I wanted to contact them to help and sort things out, but there’s no way to do that, so now there’s a 1 star negative review left there which doesn’t really speak the truth about the item.
