Contact page form not working

Hi there, for some reason my contact page form stopped working in November last year. I had an out of office message on in my mailbox, I wonder if that could be one reason? Anyway, no matter what, even if I change the from and to e-mail, or nothing happens. I have also tried the WP Mail SMTP plugin, but didn’t do anything.
