I have the Enfold theme on my site and have not had any issues with messages being pushed to my inbox since April 2017. This is until recently, on the 8th of June 2023, it stopped pushing messages to my gmail account. I unfortunately only realized this today, the 20th of July 2023. more than a month later. so I have lost quite a bit of customers. What could have happened for this to occur so suddenly?
It’s hard to say anything but it’s most likely related to either the hosting or the contact form ( assuming it’s 7 ) but not the theme.
Just contact your hosting provider and ask why the emails are not being delivered. They could invest the problem for free for you.
