"Consulting" Theme does not show demo layout and content.

I have just purchased the CONSULTING theme from Themeforest; and have successfully installed it on my WordPress site. Thereafter, I have also installed the DEMO from a list of nearly 40 of them.

However, no layout or content of the DEMO shows on the site - even though the demo installation was successful.

PLEASE assist ASAP; as this purchase seems to be not giving me what Themeforest promised !
