Hello colleagues,
I have not received any payments since February and I am unable to get my address approved by Envato’s banking partners. I provided the following documents to Envato’s banking partners:
Bank statement
Passport Ukrainian
Georgian Certificate of Residence
Georgian Temporary ID
However, I still receive the following response from the banking partners: “Hello, Thank you for providing all the other documents. Could you please submit a copy of your utility bill showing your name and address. Thank you for your co-operation.”
How can I provide a utility bill with my name on it if I am not the owner of the apartment but merely a tenant?
Please share any thoughts or advice on how to resolve this situation.

Try sending the lease agreement and utility bills in the name of the owner of the apartment.

This means that money is transferred on an individual basis.
You don’t need to be the owner of the apartment. Simply pay for services with your bank card via Internet banking. The payment receipt must include your residential address and your full name
Next, make sure your full name is entered correctly in “Payout Methods” and in your Envato profile
