Lviv. Like everyone else, I confirmed my residential address, because the old address was from the wrong region. Envato sent me the money on the 16th, more than a week ago I received an automatic letter that I should receive the money last Friday. But I still haven’t received the money.
It turns out that Envato cannot control the movement of money and it is unclear where it disappeared. I can’t even start a dispute with Payoneer because I don’t know which intermediary transferred the money. Envato support does not answer this question.

I sent two messages regarding my blocked account in an already open ticket about payment I couldn’t receive. There is no answer. Should I create another ticket specifically dedicated to my blocked account issue?
How did it all end for you? Have US sanctions against you been lifted? What was the reason?
How quickly will the payment be sent and received in May?
I have not yet received an email from Envato for elements.

I’m still waiting for a response from Envato support. All of my Envato accounts blocked. I can’t even access forum, so I’m answering via email.

The season for delayed payments this month is declared open. There are emails about sending payments, but there are no payments.
