Hello everyone,

I’m joining the discussion because I haven’t been receiving payments for the past three months. I’ve gone through the entire forum, but I haven’t found clear instructions on what to do. Here are the steps I’ve already taken:

  1. I have relocated from the occupied Kherson region to Georgia.
  2. I have updated my address in these three places:
  • In my Envato account under “Personal Information.”
  • In the “Payment Methods” section.
  • In the Payoneer payment system.

Regarding Payoneer, I have provided a bank statement and am currently awaiting confirmation.

  1. I have sent an email to the Envato support team with an attached bank statement to confirm my new place of residence.

I appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide.

Apparently, some authors will now receive money only next month. And this despite the fact that envato transfers the money on the 16th.
Obviously this will always be the case now. :frowning:

I just received a letter that shutterstock has acquired envato, that’s probably why such strange things are happening, I hope this will not affect us authors negatively, but will only lead to new achievements

Just got money from Audiojungle. 2 of May 15:00 by Kyiv time. So, it took more than two weeks. What can I say… It’s a shame
