Confused ! What is not right with my worpdress theme ?

Hi Fellow authors/member,

My wordpress theme is Hard rejected, leaving me wondering what is wrong with it.
We are developed the wordpress version of our most popular HTML theme SOFBOX.

We have got dozens of request for the wodrpress version of SOFBOX from our clients.

We got a Hard reject for our wordpress. As you can see the we have maintained the same design and quality as our HTML and its loved by our 500+ customers.
However themeforest team says that Quality is not upto mark.

if i change the design I will loose original design which our clients love.

We would really appreciate if anyone can let us know what precisely needs improvement.

  • Do we need to redo the entire design ? OR

  • Do we need to improve certain section ? OR

  • Do we need improvement in typography and spacing ?

  • Or anything else ?

i seek help and support from community.

Did you mention the HTML5 version link into the ‘Message to the Reviewer’ field? If not, I think, it’s the main cause of rejection.

PSD approval, HTML approval does not guarantee to get approved on WordPress level. If your PSD and HTML are already approved that makes no difference for WordPress review.
