Confirming the email not possible - server-error!?

Good Morning,
I have a problem to download my first article at graphicriver, because I can’t confirm my email.

If I open the webpage (clicking on “confirm your email”) there comes a site with a 404-error (“file or directory not found”)

Someone here with same problem or a solution?
