Confirming email isn't working

Hi all,
I bought the WooCommerce auction plugin from CodeCanyon today. I received the email which says “Confirm your email below to complete your purchase and download your items.” but when I click on “Confirm email”, I get this error:

“This site can’t be reached
mandrillapp.com’s server IP address could not be found.
Try running Network Diagnostics.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN”

I tried on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Epic browsers and get the same error. Can anyone help me please? I really need this plugin asap.

I did but haven’t gotten an answer yet.

There’s nothing we can do. You need to wait. It’s probably your internet connection thou. You can try some other connection ( at office, at school, etc ) to check if the issue persists ( It sounded like DNS issue )

Ok, I’ll wait for support. It definitely isn’t my internet connection. I’m sending this message through without issues, and I did the speed test and have a very fast and good connection.
