Compress a video in .mov format with an alpha channel

Hello. There was a question on how to compress a video in .mov format with an alpha channel (of course with the least loss of quality =)). I tried to find a video converter (none supports the output with alpha channel). Media Encoder reduces file size up to 30 mb but it’s, but it’s not enough =(
Please tell me how to be =))

I usually made mov with PNG compression, it allows to have alpha channel an 0 loss of quality. the only problem is that the png is a format with no compression (or minimun compression ) and at the end you get a file much more heavier than the original file.

and if you work with mac I think that you can get it with a mov with proress compresion
