I am writing to express my frustration with the recurring issues I’ve experienced across several themes downloaded from your platform. Each time I download a theme, I encounter the same problem: they are almost, but not quite, fully editable.
For example, in mobile view, there’s often a persistent menu at the bottom of the screen displaying options like HOME, SHOP, WISHLIST, and LOG IN. These options are neither editable nor removable within the theme, which is extremely frustrating as they don’t align with my needs.
Moreover, the documentation provided by the theme creators fails to address these issues, leaving me with no option but to reach out to you directly. I would greatly appreciate clear and detailed instructions on how to manually remove or modify these elements without damaging the theme.
