I’d like to share a frustrating experience I’ve had recently with the purchase and refund process of MagicAI - LiquidThemes, hoping to bring attention to this matter.
Around 20 days ago, following the guidance of the MagicAI support team, I purchased the Extended License in addition to the Standard License. However, my request for a refund on the Standard License has since gone completely unanswered. Regardless of whether the refund is approved or not, I believe I deserve a reasonable explanation. Yet, all I’ve received so far is silence, which is both disappointing and unacceptable.
MagicAI is promoted as one of the top AI products on the market, developed by the Envato Power Elite Team. However, this experience falls far short of the professionalism and quality I expected. This has not only impacted my trust in the product but also left me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Through this post, I hope to draw the attention of the MagicAI team and urge them to address this issue promptly. If anyone else has had similar experiences, please share your stories here. Let’s work together to push for better service.
