Company's name has changed - what with licenses?

Hi,
Company I’m working in has a website build on Ronneby Theme ( http://rnbtheme.com/twenty_three/ ). We changed a name and rebranded also our website (new name (new url), logo etc). Should we buy a new licence for Ronneby Theme? It’s still the same company but with different name and “legal number”. I think we have/had a regular licence for one product.

If you removed the theme from the old website and transfered it to new website, you don’t need to get another license.
