I have always wanted to tell you this but never taken the time to write it, until now. The search on a product’s Comments is an absolute disaster. It should just search for the words using and AND and that’s it. Instead it uses OR (which essentially defeats the purpose of any search) and also gets creative with a mind of its own. For example, searching for “css” just returned comments with the words CSS, RSS, Ass (HA!!), Usser (sic) and a few others.
On products with thousands of comments, it makes it a nightmare. Hope you guys consider fixing it, I think it’s a substantial usability fail.
