We have completed our review of “Rocket Pro - Coming Soon Page HTML Template” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.

With respect you are way off with this.
Coming soon needs to offer something really unique in design and/or functionality now and be flawless in execution.
This needs to modernise and tidy the design (shadow on some text), part borders on mobile don’t work, typography could be improved generally
Add more original and premium features
Fix attention to detail issues on mobile eg buttons don’t align under the form
Even if you fix the design issues you are going to need to evolve what’s there too
