Hi, you have lack of smooth transitions and you did it very late at 00:37 . Make variations in short span.
I can´t tell why they rejected it, but from my perspective, I think the sound entering at 0:50 is a bit distracting. I would also considering changing the kick drum to something more distinct and strong, because it feels a bit muddy to me in the lower freq. More subtle variation (percussion variation etc) in the track would be cool also, more buildup from the beginning for example I think would be better. The track has a cool licensable beat so its all a matter of tweaks in my opinion.
