CodeCanyon item After refund approval not deducted item price and item count also not removed review ? What happened ? Any bug ?

after approve refund from Author Envato team will check it then will process the refund. It can be few days to take effect.

But Themeforest immediately updating sales count and amount deduction and review removing. ? I think only deley in the CodeCanyon ?.

As far I know it will not be immediately but sometimes it can take very small amount of time if envato team take steps soon (like through a support ticket or envato has a small amount of queue).

I’ve seen a small number of my refunds get processed automatically and immediately, but most are still done manually by support within 1-3 days. I’m not sure what the criteria is, or maybe it was an A/B test.
