Hello, I have a problem with OnAir2 activation.
A year ago I had this package loaded on another site, now I want to activate it on another site and I can’t. When I enter the code, this message pops up:
“Error: your purchase code is already in use on another website, contact our helpdesk to reissue the license.”
I note that I no longer have it on that page, and I want to activate it on the new one, what should I do to make the activation successful?
How to get a new code?
envato market purchase code is unique and one time generated for each purchase. The code can’t be regenerate. You have to contact the author and have to request them. license registration process maintained by the author. Also please note that each purchase code is valid for a single end product. Thanks
