I received an email saying the my template isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and I won’t be able to re-submit this item again.
This template has already taken a lot of effort and time, and I want the most appropriate way to deal with this issue.

I haven’t checked the coding nor the features but the design is no good to be sold as “premium” item - as a start
I can’t deny that, in spite of it’s very consistent functionally.
So can I resubmit it after making adequate design modifications?
If it’s related to the design ONLY, you can re-submit the item with a better design but if the features are not good enough, there’s not much things to do. You can try one more time to re-submit the item but if you get another rejection, you need to leave the project and start a new one
Design improvement is needed.
