codazone - problems with support - requesting money back!

Hi,

10th of October we purchased theme for magento2 - Infinit - Multipurpose Responsive Magento 2 and 1 Theme sold by codazone (and you).
Item Purchase Code: (removed)

  1. We tried to install on Magento 2.4.1 and didn’t work.
  1. First level (and only) of support instruct us :

If you cannot use “themesetup” to install Infinit theme, you can replace this step by the way below:

  • Use SSH account, go to Magento root directory and run commands below:
    php bin/magento c:f
    php bin/magento setup:upgrade
    php bin/magento setup:di:compile
  • Then go to Magento Admin and activate our theme like tutorial in our documentation ( 3. ACTIVATE YOUR FAVOURITE THEME) .

but after executing
php bin/magento deploy:mode:set production
it returns

Command returned non-zero exit code:
/opt/cp anel/ea-php74/root/usr/bin/php -f /home/vitanatura/public_html/bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f sl_SI en_US

Also shop started have very slow response
nothing else only

  1. the answer was only (- let us hack in back end)
    Could you please send us your information with the FORMAT below:
  • FTP ( host, user, password, port, Magento root directory path )
  • SSH ( host, user, password, port, private key file, Magento root directory path )

(note: provide full privileges or add this account to sudoers file ).

We will check the issue you mentioned.

many more inproper convesation without result
we requested money back via palpal

After that - not beeing satisfied with magento 2.4.0 we reinstall 2.3.0 and we revoke licence (as money was not refund)

4th of November 2020 - Made installation of purchased theme Infinit

problems remains till now - again and again - only two level of support

Last error was complete and we started to search other theme.

as defined in your outdated ‘manual’ we defined our theme (via Codazone/Flexible Theme/Settings) Codazon Unlimited - Drug and Pharmacy and theme become Active
then we ‘CLONED’

  • in Codazone/Flexible Theme/Header ‘Cloned this Element’ Header Style 10 (header-style-10) to Vitanatura Header Style (header-style-10-vitanatura)
  • in Codazone/Flexible Theme/Footer ‘Cloned this Element’ Footer Style 12 (footer-style-12) to Vitanatura Footer Style (header-style-12-vitanatura)
  • in Codazone/Flexible Theme/Main Content ‘Cloned this Element’ Drug & Pharmacy (main-content-style09) to Vitanatura Landing Page (main-content-style09-vitanatura)
    and we ‘DEFINED’ in Codazone/Flexible Theme/Settings under active theme (Codazon Unlimited - Drug and Pharmacy) - Config
  • under Header/Select Header -> Vitanatura Header Style
  • under Main Content/Select Header -> Vitanatura Landing Page
  • under Footer/Select Header -> Vitanatura Footer Style

we ‘DUPLICATE’ main menu in Codazone/Megamenu Drag & Drop/Manage Megamenu active menu to Vitanatura - Main Menu (vitanatura-main-menu)

  • modified Menu Item Titles and Parent Cat ID to real Category IDs
    and we ‘DEFINED’ in Codazone/Flexible Theme/Settings under active theme (Codazon Unlimited - Drug and Pharmacy) - Config
  • under Header/Select Main Menu -> Vitanatura - Main Menu

we also ‘EDIT’ Main Content Vitanatura Landing Page (main-content-style09-vitanatura)

  • changing original photos with our photos
  • changing original Parent Cat ID with real Category IDs (which we use)

the in cli we executed:

  • php bin/magento indexer:reindex
  • php bin/magento cache:flush

result:
Main Menu:

  • direct links to pages are working
  • but not category content shown in category
  • no Dropdown (but only copy of original header???)
    Main Content:
  • no changes at all - no new photos, no slide, no text
  • as not changed the main content (but we did as defined)
    Header:
  • direct links works other we didn’t test yet
    Footer:
  • direct links works other we didn’t test yet

So what to do and what check?

Now due to unsatisfied product and support which is violating our IT security Policy we are requesting money back.

We’ll stuck with sales and we need functional product with support and not anonymous back end hacking.

We are strongly disapprove this theme and support.
