[CLOSED] IMAP connection broken (server response)

Hi,
We are unable to configure bounce setup in mailwizz software, we are getting the following errors:
[CLOSED] IMAP connection broken (server response), using the following settings:
service: IMPAM
Port: 993
Protocol: TLS
We are using Zimbra server for Bounce setup.
How to solve this issue?
