The Content ID articles (for both the buyer and seller) list contacting the author as a suggested way of resolving flagged videos using AJ content.
How does the author actually go about doing that? I’m just getting into this and want to make sure I know what I need to do ahead of time if that’s something that’s expected of me. I’ve been trying to find the answer on my own, but most of what I’ve found so far both from Envato and Youtube is fairly basic information that doesn’t address this detail. I’m assuming it’s not too hard, but it’s not something I’ve had to do yet.
