Classified plugins

Hi does anyone have any good recommendations for classified, coupon or directory themes with plugins? Trying to create one site that does all 3. Do I start with a theme and add plugins or does anyone know of a theme that does all 3?

I think that you will not find out of box solution. I have see all 3 but not in one template .
Can you explain what you want to build?
