Classified Ads and Woocommerce Shop separately in one theme

Hi Guys,

I want Classifieds and Woocommerce shop separately in a charity fundraising theme. Most of the charity fundraising themes have options like fundraising, events, volunteer jobs and, shop. But I am not able to find a theme with Classifieds that I need for a project. I have few queries:

1. Is this possible in WP? If not which is other CMS suitable for this?
2. After buying ANY charity theme and using any of the following plugins will help me to create what I want?
