I purchased " classiadspro " theme on 13th of september 2019. it is not available in themeforest site.

Now it is not working. It said that they give 6 month support .6 months also not completed yet. what shall I do? can i asked to refund?
how to do a proper complain?

It’s possible the site is just down while the author put is some recommended changes and will return as soon as those updates are added. I keep your eye on it :smiley:

This is not the first time that theme was taken down by ThemeForest and I’m not surprised because it’s definitely not a quality built theme (feature rich yes, but code quality no).
