Hello, I am considering subscribing to the $16.5 monthly plan on Envato Elements to download and use a zensoul theme for a website project.
If I cancel my subscription after 3 weeks, will I still be able to legally use the theme on my website without violating any copyright terms?
Additionally, will any pro features or updates of the theme be deactivated after the subscription is canceled?

So FYI $16.5 only applies to an annual subscription. Month by month is closer to $35.
You can keep using the theme after assuming the website is finished while you are still subscribed. You cannot use it to create new websites/projects after the subscription ends.
Elements downloads do not come with the same support/updates that full purchases from themeforest do so you will not get access to future theme or plugin updates
