Everything is up to you. You can choose only two colors and create something unique and great.
But you should look at the trends. Search and view 1000 web sites and take something you want for your project.

Sorry to say, but it’s too bad. Look at the latest approved items and compare your work. If you think that your work is better or at the same level you can go further and upload it. But right now it’s 100% hard reject.

Share the link of this project that you think is similar to yours.
Sorry, but I will try to explain in criticising view, you shouldn’t think that your work is similar to examples that you shared. Look at the all spacing and typography, it’s much better that you have. Look at all images and colors. Look at aesthetic and idea.
If you can’t see the difference between your work and theirs I don’t know how I can explain you what you should do. It will be better to wait some elite authors, maybe they’ll write better things that I did.
Sorry again, don’t think that I’m trying to insult you or something like this, but it’s my opinion and sometimes criticising helps.

Just try to see a difference and a logic, why other authors do this and that. I’m not saying that every item on themeforest is perfect and ideal, but you should look with high attention why it’s approved and yours isn’t.
Also learn some web design and improve your skills.
