I have problem with checkout and the theme owner is not helpful. It’s been 3 days i created the ticket and still there is no reply.
Can anyone help ?
The theme author is entitled to provide the support if the item is marked as “Supported” but due to weekends, support may be slow

I am not expecting any help for customization. I have experienced resource for it but this is a bug in theme so I am expecting some help for it.
Says support can be up to 2 business days - weekends don’t count so sure they will reply soon but currently are not doing anything wrong
It seems like @ThemeMascot reply very fast normally based on item comments
