I have made a Landing page template and I want, before reviewing the product, to know if the product is suitable and has a chance of acceptance, or does it need some modifications.

Do you mean it can be rejected because it is traditional and repetitive, but for the design and UI fundamentals it’s ok?
It’s a combination - the styling esp typography and hierarchy are very basic and the fact that there are numerous free templates online that offer a fairly similar product means that there needs to be more modern design and improved features and functionality to warrant someone paying for it
