Changing rating score

Hi,

I’ve just received a 1 star rating with a reason ‘complicated to setup the same as demo’. the theme is as easy as most themes to setup and it has a one click demo install and clear installation instructions so I dont think its worthy of one star at all and its horrible to see after spending so much time on the theme.

If i speak to the customer and show them how easy it is do they have the ability to change there rating score ? I dont even mind doing it for them if they had any troubles.

Just found this out so il answer my own question or maybe one of the mods will want to remove this.

The simple answer is yes they can.
