Changing Copyright

Dear Envato’s! I have a little question. I want to buy a theme, but I’ll be restyling much components of it. Am I allowed to remove the “Web design: Design Mania” from the copyright in the footer?

Morally it is questionable, but legally yes you can assuming you are making sufficient changes
