Carami Theme Mobile Menu links not displaying and Product Reviews is required but not available

Hello,

I have some errors I need help fixing. My store is located here:(link removed)

  1. The mobile menu links are not visible and sometimes the mobile menu icon is not clickable.

  2. Product Reviews is required but not available on Shopify Apps. “This app is not currently available on the Shopify App Store. If you have support questions, contact Shopify directly.” Please advise.

  3. Sometimes on initial website load, the slideshow images are stacked on the page. If I refresh the page, the slideshow may load properly.
